What Is MM2H Program?

Malaysia My Second Home Program evolved from Silver Hair Programme. This programme has been in existence for more than 25 years and attracted more than 55,000 participants and their dependents to reside in Malaysia.

MM2H program is to provide a long-term visa for interested participants to live in Malaysia as their second home for minimum period of 5 years and maximum of 20 years, depending on the category of program that participants to choose. The length of stay is renewable.

Benefits of the program

  • Children below 35 years old:
    MM2H participants are allowed to bring in their Children below 35 years old who are not married and worked in Malaysia.
  • Parents and Parents in Law:
    MM2H participants are allowed to bring in their parents or parents in Law to live with them.
  • Property Investment:
    You can withdraw half of your deposit to purchase property.
  • Business Investment:
    You can set up your company in Malaysia or carry out business investments, subject to the prevailing terms and conditions.
  • Tax Exemption on Fund:
    Fund that participants bring into Malaysia are exempted from taxes.
  • Bank Account:
    Participants are permitted to open bank accounts after approval granted.
  • Fixed Deposit with Lien:
    The deposits with bank are held under participants name and enjoy interest as per prevailing rate.
  • Healthcare:
    Participants are allowed to enjoy medical care in Public and private hospitals with medical fees paid. Medical insurances cover both institutions.
  • Medical fee:
    in Malaysia is affordable and majority of public and private hospitals are equipped with state-of-the-Art technology and equipment.
  • Education:
    participants can pursue tertial-education in Malaysia. Participants children are able to enrol in private or international schools in elementary and upper secondary level of education. There are also allowed to enrol in Universities in Malaysia with medium of instruction in English up the post graduate level. There are many foreign students studying in Malaysia Public universities.
